Our hand punch was developed primarily as a product for punching out the electrodes of lithium-ion batteries.
It is small (W30 x D130 x H100mm) and lightweight (500g), making it easy to work with and can be used even in a dry box. By using this, it is possible to sample whenever necessary to measure the coating thickness during the electrode plate coating process.
<Standard type hand punch>
There are three types depending on the size of the punching die (available in 0.01mm increments). We recommend that you prepare according to the purpose and material.
- ・From φ5 to φ16・・・Standard type
- ・φ16,01～φ20・・・Large type
- ・φ20.01～φ25・・・Special order type
Due to the large number of orders we receive, it may take some time for large types and custom-made types. Prices and delivery times vary depending on size, so please feel free to contact us.
