This device is a device that manually and accurately stacks positive electrodes, negative electrodes, and separators alternately in the stacking process of lithium-ion secondary batteries.
In the lamination process, the separators supplied in rolls are repeatedly folded in a serpentine fashion, while the positive and negative electrodes are alternately supplied and laminated.

Features
・Compact (W900mm x D400mm x H600mm) and lightweight (70kg), so it can be installed anywhere.
・There is a pedestal that alternately stacks positive and negative electrodes between the folded separators, and the pedestal moves up and down to maintain a constant height. There are plates on the left and right sides that constantly hold down the top surface of the electrode plates while they are being stacked, which prevents the stack from shifting, and also serves as a guide when folding back the separators.
・The workpiece fixing jig has a groove for pasting tape, so tape needles can be easily attached.
・Plate dimensions are minimum 50mm x 50mm and maximum 100mm x 100mm.
